Influencer Marketing Associate Position Summary

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Associate to support and scale our growing influencer marketing program. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day influencer operations, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving performance across key influencer platforms including ShopMy, LTK, and TikTok. Reporting into the Paid Media team, this position plays a critical role in developing and executing influencer strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of influencer marketing strategies aligned to brand and business objectives.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from planning through execution, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to scale high-performing creator partnerships and expand program reach.
  • Partner closely with Paid Media, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and business priorities.
  • Own day-to-day relationships with key influencer platforms and partners, including ShopMy, LTK, TikTok, and agency partners.
  • Manage platform budgets, campaign timelines, and promotional calendars.
  • Evaluate new platform opportunities, tools, and partnerships to drive incremental growth.
  • Ensure all partner deliverables are executed accurately and on schedule.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers, and agencies.
  • Carefully coordinate creator recruitment, outreach, gifting, contracts, briefing, approvals, and content execution.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and FTC requirements.
  • Support creator retention and long-term ambassador strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and key KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversions, revenue, new customer acquisition, and ROI.
  • Analyze creator, platform, and campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop recurring reports and insights for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Partner with analytics teams to measure incrementality and broader business impact.
  • Track influencer spend, invoices, contracts, and campaign budgets.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, reporting dashboards, and organizational processes.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and budget pacing throughout the year.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, paid media, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with influencer platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Creator Marketplace, or similar.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and performance-based influencer programs.
  • Experience working with analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Understanding of paid social amplification and creator whitelisting/boosting strategies.
