About the role
This permanent, secondment or transfer position is located at the CMP Figuier (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Center) within the Paris Centre Est Pôle (75i01), 2 rue du Figuier, 75002 Paris.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial intake interviews and evaluate incoming referrals for children and families.
- Provide therapeutic support to children and adolescents through individual sessions.
- Co-lead therapeutic or mediation groups in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver targeted support for children with autism spectrum disorders, including direct work with the child and guidance for parents, alongside coordination with external partners.
- Engage in liaison work with schools, school nurses, GPs, pediatricians, child welfare services, and other health and social care providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Support pre-teens and adolescents facing emerging mental health difficulties, with special attention to those with eating disorders.
- Participate in external meetings (e.g., ESS, partner syntheses) and internal team meetings (institutional, clinical, synthesis).
- Maintain telephone liaison with professional partners.
- Document and quantify activity using the institutional software tool.
- Maintain patient records in the Sillage electronic patient record system and ensure clear written and oral communication.
Requirements
- Holding a French State Nursing Diploma (Diplôme d’État Infirmier).
- Knowledge of child and adolescent psychopathology.
- Prior experience in psychiatry is required.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn institutional software systems.
- Strong listening, empathy, analytical skills, observation, organization, responsibility, teamwork, conflict management, rigor, motivation, punctuality, and availability.
Schedule
- Full-time position (100% FTE).
- Variable hours from Monday to Friday, 38h20 per week.
- Core hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Fixed rest days: weekends and public holidays.
- 25 days of annual leave plus 2 off-season leave days and 1 split-shift leave day; up to 20 RTT days.
