About the Role

Reporting to the Manager of INFINITI C&I Planning and Development, this role serves as the department's C&I SME for multiple assigned models who supports the planning, development and implementation of new vehicle incentive programs. Develops ad hoc C&I analyses/presentations, incentive analyses (including competitors) and tracks current incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interfaces with various departments for the planning, development and implementation of new vehicle incentive programs
  • Performs tracking and post analysis of program performance
  • Maintains costing and planning tools for assigned models
  • Produces Competitive Incentive C&I reports, analysis, and presentations for assigned models
  • Acts as C&I SME working with cross-functional teams during design, testing, and implementation for projects as deemed appropriate
  • Assists with monthly, quarterly and fiscal year new vehicle incentive program planning and development
  • Assists in programing VIMS with monthly incentive offers and compiles consolidated matrices by region to support monthly program launch
  • Assists in programing monthly incentive offers in the DIME tool
  • Interacts with following departments: Sales Regions, CMM, Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, Marketing Communications, Pricing, Legal, IFS, IS, Purchasing, external vendors and agencies
  • As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative

Requirements

  • Knowledge of retail sales processes and the role of incentives
  • Strong analytical, presentation and strategic thinking skills
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent negotiation and cross-functional relationship building skills required to effectively balance priorities from various functional teams
  • Six or more years of directly related professional level experience
  • Experience in developing and analyzing standard and ad hoc reporting tools as well as analyzing numerical data to tell a story to end users is required
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, other PC applications, and various outside data sources to produce non-standard, creative outputs

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA preferred
  • VBA programming and Tableau is a plus
  • Regional Dealer contact experience preferred, but not required
