Compensation & Bonuses

• Base salary: $252,000/year
• Productivity bonus potential: up to $25,000/year
• Individual Quality Measures bonus potential: up to $25,000/year
• Organizational Quality Measure bonus potential: up to $10,000/year
• Merit Incentive: up to $10,000/year
• $10,000 for Bilingual in Spanish

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor
• With or without US residency
• Current US work visa
