Opportunity Highlights

• General infectious disease opportunity seeing adults
• Join a team of 3 physicians and 2.5 advanced practice providers
• Clinic location is in Lombard with hospital coverage at either Edward Hospital, Central DuPage Hospital, Elmhurst Hospital, or Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital
• Inpatient 75%; outpatient 25% of time
• Call is 1:4 with APP support
• Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across Infectious Disease and more than 1,000 Duly providers

Compensation & Benefits

• A competitive total rewards salary between $275,000 and $350,000, which includes the opportunity for financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and shareholder track for equity eligibility
• Total target cash compensation may be between $275,000 and $350,000
