About the role
As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing specialized technical support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting software issues, assisting with user training, and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and online chat
- Diagnose and resolve software issues
- Train clients on new software features and best practices
- Maintain positive client relationships through regular communication and problem-solving
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or related field
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (optional)
- Experience with remote support tools and platforms
- Knowledge of common network protocols and security measures
