Infection Prevention RN

About the role

The Infection Preventionist Registered Nurse (RN) at ARIA Healthcare is responsible for leading all infection control and prevention activities within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the facility’s Infection Prevention & Control Program (IPCP)
• Conducting infection surveillance, audits, and environmental rounds
• Tracking, trending, and reporting infection data
• Recommendation of action plans based on data analysis

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin
• 2+ years of clinical experience, with a preference for long-term care (LTC) experience
• Knowledge of CDC, CMS, and state infection control standards
• Strong communication skills and positive energy
• Bonus points for prior IP experience
