Responsibilities

• Engage children in hands-on learning activities that encourage exploration and problem-solving at their own pace.
• Support the implementation of The Learning Experience’s curriculum focused on the six ages and stages of early childhood development.
• Collaborate with a full cast of characters designed to educate, partner with, and become friends with children throughout their preschool education journey.
• Encourage children to explore the world through fun and imagination, bringing learning to life.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain a cheerful demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
