As an Infant/Toddler Teacher at Celebree School™, you'll have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the earliest stages of our little ones' development, creating a nurturing and enriching environment that fosters growth and exploration. You'll also guide classroom Aides through their journey into early childhood education with confidence and compassion.

Responsibilities
- Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
- Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
- Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
- Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
- Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
Requirements
- Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements.
- Ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills.

Schedule
Monday through Friday: All shifts are available (Morning, afternoon, and evening).
