Responsibilities

  • Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis
  • Maintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers
  • Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing & accreditation standards
  • Creates lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levels
  • Document learning experience through displays and pictures

Requirements

  • A friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment
  • A strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience/training for children with different needs
  • An energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality
  • A strong work ethic
