We offer early care and education for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old, and have five classrooms separated by age group, each with 6-10 children. Our teachers work collaboratively with the Howard Center as part of a Therapeutic Child Care partnership, and with Head Start and Early Head Start to provide services and resources to our families. We offer tuition on a sliding scale, and work with children from a variety of different backgrounds; currently, there are 7+ languages spoken within the BCS community. We have a fabulous food program supported by local farms and our own garden plot in the Old North End of Burlington, where we grow vegetables and herbs in the spring and summer. We are a small, interconnected community that believes in the capacity of all children to learn and grow through compassionate care.
