About the role

Georgetown Hill Early School is a local non‑profit preschool that has been serving families since 1980. Our mission is to bring teachers, children, and families together to create the best early childhood experience. We use the proven PLAN curriculum, giving teachers real creative freedom while providing structure and spontaneity. We’re expanding our Infant program and opening brand‑new rooms at four campuses: Bethesda United Methodist Church (Bethesda), Potomac Village (Potomac), Bethesda‑Chevy Chase (Bethesda), and Congressional Plaza/Rockville.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusting bonds with infants ages 6 weeks–12 months, supporting their growth every step of the way
• Create a safe, secure, and loving environment where babies feel cared for and confident
• Nurture each child's physical, social‑emotional, and developmental needs
• Lead by example within your classroom team
