About the role
Heartfelt Impressions Learning Center in Rochester, MI is seeking a classroom aide to support infants and toddlers. The role involves providing classroom support, assisting teachers, covering breaks, maintaining ratios, and creating a nurturing learning environment. Additionally, the aide will greet parents at the end of the day.
Responsibilities
- Assist infant and toddler teachers throughout the day
- Cover breaks and assist in maintaining staff-to-child ratios
- Create a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Serve as an integral part of the closing team, greeting parents at the end of the day
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Certified in CPR/First Aid (can be completed after hire)
- Previous experience in a childcare setting or private nanny preferred
Qualifications

- Ability to build positive relationships with children and their families
