What You'll Do

• Encourage children's participation in curricula activities and provide a nurturing environment.
• Manage classroom materials, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth transitions.
• Communicate with parents through regular updates and progress reports.
• Model good hygiene and self-help practices for children.
• Auxiliary in developing positive relationships with children and their parents.
• Implement activities and programs that promote child development and well-being.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional child care experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
• An understanding of child development and its application in a childcare setting.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to clear a full background check and pass a health screening.
• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields.
• Passionate about working with children and their families.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with children of diverse ages and needs.
• Flexibility with scheduling and adapting to changing circumstances.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
