Responsibilities
- Curriculum and Instruction: Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Curriculum and Instruction: Foster a love of learning through creative and engaging teaching methods
- Curriculum and Instruction: Observe and assess children's development and adjust activities accordingly
- Classroom Management: Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Classroom Management: Manage daily routines and transitions smoothly
- Classroom Management: Address behavioral issues with positive guidance and support
- Family Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and daily activities
- Family Communication: Conduct parent-teacher conferences and provide regular updates
- Family Communication: Encourage family involvement and participation in school activities
- Health and Safety: Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom and common areas
