Responsibilities

- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers. - Provide a safe, loving, and stimulating learning environment. - Observe and document children's progress and development. - Communicate regularly with parents about their child's growth and needs. - Collaborate with other educators and staff members to enhance classroom activities. - Maintain a clean and organized classroom space. - Lift at least 40 pounds throughout the workday to at least waist high.

Requirements

- Experience in Early Childhood Education. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer service mindset. - Ability to lift at least 40 pounds throughout the workday to at least waist high. - Early Childhood Education, CDA, or AA Degree preferred.
