Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing, safe, and loving environment
• Track feedings, naps, and milestones like a pro
• Talking, singing, and engaging—even when they can't talk back yet
• Building strong relationships with families (this one matters A LOT)

Requirements

• Ability to laugh and have fun while getting the job done well
• Minimum Of a CDA (Associate's In Early Childhood Preferred)
• CPR & First Aid Certified (we'll provide if needed)
• Bloodborne Pathogen Training before starting (provided if needed)
• Love for teaching and strong commitment
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement program activities
• Strong communication skills
• Team player mindset
