Infant Lead Teacher for licensed Childcare

Hand in Hand Christian Montessori – Roseville Campus is seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) NIDO (Infant/Toddler) educator for our licensed childcare center.

About the role

Join our team in providing Montessori education to infants. You’ll guide children through developmental milestones such as feeding themselves, self-soothing to sleep, sitting up, crawling, walking, and more in a Christian environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (hours vary based on scheduling needs)

Responsibilities

• Support infants and toddlers in developing independence and motor skills
• Maintain a calm, nurturing demeanor in a Montessori setting

Requirements

• Self-motivated, responsible, and reliable
• Familiarity with the needs of infants and toddlers
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or 12 college credits in a related field
• Montessori training or experience preferred

Pay

Compensation starts at $21/hour.
