Infant Lead Teacher

About the role

The Early Care & Education program in North Richland Hills, TX is seeking an experienced Infant Lead Teacher to lead our infant care team. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of infant caregivers, providing daily care and supervision to infants aged 0-12 months.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that supports cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
• Assess each child's developmental progress and communicate with parents regarding their child's growth and learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of daily activities and observations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience leading a team and managing a classroom.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
