About the role
Performs hearing screening tests on newborns and infants using special computerized technological equipment, according to established protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct hearing screenings on newborns using appropriate procedures and computer technology.
- Clock in and out using the system.
- Coordinate own schedule in cooperation with program manager and other technicians.
- Maintain computer software for tracking of infants.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED Or equivalent.
- Minimum Work Experience: 1 year - related experience preferably in pediatric clinical support or childcare.
Qualifications
- Current student or candidate with an interest in Audiology (Preferred).
Skills
- Basic math calculations-addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Data entry/computer skills preferred.
- Knowledge of general office equipment.

Pay
The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children’s National believes an individual’s base pay rate will fall for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children’s National compensation philosophy.
Schedule
Shift: Saturday and Sunday 8am-430pm - 16 hours per week
