Infant Childcare Teacher

About This Role

Chroma Early Learning Academy in Murrayville, GA is seeking a qualified Infant Childcare Teacher to work with Infant / Toddler (0–2) in a center-based environment. This position requires a willingness to earn a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, with employer support.

Calling All Candidates

Candidates are required to work together with their co-teachers on completing daily activities for the classroom which include but are not limited to implementing curriculum, changing diapers, feeding, cleaning, and sanitizing. Hourly pay varies depending on experience and degree level. What You'll Do

Teacher Responsibilities:

• Supervision and daily class functions of a group of children
• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
• Support each child’s social and emotional development and provide positive guidance
• Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis
• Implement the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Chroma Early Learning Academy curriculum and programming
• Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence
• Provide verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children's behavior
