• Provide essential care and support, including feeding, diapering, and naptime routines.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the infant.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere to promote the infant’s development.
• Monitor and respond to the infant’s needs promptly.
• Collaborate with parents to ensure consistent care.
• Maintain open communication and report any concerns or issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the family’s privacy.
• Obtain and maintain CPR and first‑aid certification.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate excellent time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Display patience, compassion, and a genuine love for infants.

Qualifications

• A love of working with children.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Passion for helping others.

Requirements

• Experienced sitter (verified).
• Background checked.
• Verified college enrollment (attending or graduated).
• CPR and first‑aid certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect family privacy.
