Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the infant
• Monitor and respond to the infant’s needs promptly
• Collaborate with parents to ensure consistent care
• Maintain open communication and report any concerns or issues
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the family's privacy
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Experience caring for infants
• CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for infants
• Background check required
• Verified college enrollment or graduation
