Job Title: Infant Assistant Teacher Location: Wonderspring – New Market West Center Pay: $15.00 -18.04 per hour About The Position Wonderspring, a nonprofit early childhood education organization, is seeking a dedicated team member to support our Lead Teacher at our New Market West Center in the Infant Classroom. About The Role This role provides support to a Lead Teacher in an Infant Classroom. You will work together to create a nurturing, relationship-based classroom environment. Support the Lead Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans, learning activities, and classroom routinesSupervise children in your careAssume the lead teacher's classroom responsibilities in their absence. Assist with all tasks associated with the daily scheduleTeach children how to use acceptable alternatives to challenging behavior to reduce conflict by using provide guidance approaches such as FLIP IT and Second Step.
