Infant and Toddler Teacher

Treehouse Learning Center LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Infant and Toddler Teacher for our Boston Street center in Lynn, Massachusetts. The teacher will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where young children can develop physically, cognitively, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities Create a warm, responsive classroom environment that supports each child’s individual needs. Plan and lead developmentally appropriate learning experiences, play, and daily routines. Provide attentive supervision and follow all health, safety, and childcare procedures. Observe children’s development, maintain accurate records, and communicate professionally with families. Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide consistent care and education. Maintain a clean, organized classroom and complete other related duties as assigned. Qualifications At least one year of experience as an infant or toddler teacher, or in a similar early-childhood role. An Early Childhood Education degree or relevant Massachusetts EEC certification. Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in an active classroom environment. Ability to pass required background screening and meet state licensing requirements.
