Industry X - Complex, Large Transformation Delivery Lead - PLM

About the role

The Complex Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the delivery of projects and programs of work on large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model. This role requires a proven track record in end-to-end delivery of complex solutions, strong technology understanding and industry experience, and experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of complex solutions
• Manage global delivery teams across multiple locations
• Implement complex E2E programs including platforms (custom, PaaS, Salesforce/Workday/SAP/Oracle)
• Shape and deliver solutions for the Industry

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration or Application and Infrastructure Support/Development
• Minimum of 6 years of Agile experience, preferably SAFe certified
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing offshore resources
• Minimum of 4 years of Industry Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end delivery of complex solutions
• Good technology understanding and industry experience
• Experience in implementing complex E2E programs including a Platform (Custom, PaaS, Salesforce/Workday/SAP/Oracle, etc.)
• Experience working with global delivery teams across multiple locations
• Proven experience in shaping and delivering solutions for the Industry

Skills

• Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in the industry
• Experience in technical delivery of PLM applications and platforms
• Experience in enterprise data migration programs
• Experience in Siemens Engineering platforms
• Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to work in a challenging client environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills to face senior Business and IT stakeholders
