Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate executive workshops for strategic advisory sessions
- Serve as a subject matter expert for high-priority financial accounts
- Create industry-specific narratives connecting the company capabilities to business outcomes
- Establish and nurture executive relationships for long-term partnerships
- Develop frameworks and tools to enhance FINS Industry Advisor team effectiveness
- Liaise between FINS IA team and specialist sales to align on priorities
- Synthesize market intelligence into actionable opportunity heatmaps
Qualifications
- 10-15 years in financial services, consulting, or similar roles
- Expertise in banking, wealth management, and/or insurance
- Proven experience in designing and facilitating executive workshops
- History of building frameworks and scalable programs
- Experience with the company products and FINS solutions
- Exceptional communication skills for various audience levels
- Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset
Pay
$258,510 – $345,800 annually
