Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate executive workshops for key accounts to provide strategic guidance
- Serve as a subject matter expert for high-priority financial accounts, tailoring solutions to client needs
- Craft industry-specific narratives connecting the company capabilities to client outcomes
- Build and maintain executive relationships for long-term collaboration
- Develop common frameworks and tools to enhance team performance at scale
- Create opportunity heatmaps to identify growth intersections for sales teams
Qualifications
- 10-15 years experience in financial services or technology consulting
- Deep knowledge of banking, insurance, and wealth management sectors
- Proven ability leading executive workshops and advisory sessions
- Track record of developing frameworks and scalable programs
- Experience with the company platform and its application in the financial services industry
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
- Self-starter with prioritization skills in fast-paced environments

$234,990 – $314,300 annually
