Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Drive technical excellence in cloud architecture and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges in analog semiconductor technology across the RF to Light spectrum.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing multiple software engineering teams.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java or .NET programming.
• Experience with Cloud architecture and DevOps.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, SDLC, or SLA.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.

Skills

• AWS (desired but not mandatory).
• Test-Driven Development (TDD) (desired but not mandatory).
