Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of cutting-edge software solutions.
• Manage multiple engineering teams with a hands-on technical approach.
• Drive innovation in analog semiconductor technology across the RF to Light spectrum.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing multiple software engineering teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on programming experience in Java or .NET.
• Experience with Cloud architecture and DevOps.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, SDLC, or SLA.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• AWS and TDD experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay

$100,000 USD per year.
