Industrial Wastewater Program Lead - Oil, Gas and Chemicals Practice
About the role
HDR is searching for an Industrial Wastewater (IWW) Program Lead - Oil, Gas, and Chemicals Practice. This role involves leading business development, managing projects, and providing technical leadership for complex industrial process wastewater systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead Business Development of IWW Services for our Oil, Gas, and Chemicals Practice in North America.
- Develop business development activities including proposal development, technical presentations, pursuit interviews, and supporting client relationships.
- Collaborate with other business development teams and act as a strategic advisor on projects.
- Support the technical team in the development of process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and other design documents.
- Oversee the technical aspects of project execution, including site visits, permit coordination, and client communication.
- Provide training and guidance to the project team on industrial process wastewater systems.
- Implement and manage company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of direct experience with industrial water/wastewater (W/WW) treatment systems for the Oil, Gas, and Chemicals Industries.
- Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
- Experience in project engineering and management in a consulting or EPC firm.

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position in North America is $170,000 - $230,000. The actual salary may vary based on experience and location.
