Responsibilities
- Follow established procedures to ensure finished products match customer requirements as defined by engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Identify and resolve defects or assembly errors using appropriate tools and methods.
- Interpret and understand various schematics and drawings related to electrical assemblies.
- Document and report nonconforming materials using established quality procedures.
- Work with Engineering to communicate customer and regulatory requirements to Electrical Assembly employees.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, and IEC.
- Generate and manage labeling for product identification and traceability, and compile job documentation before shipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of experience in electrical assembly or a related electrical field.
- Proven experience with quality procedures, including ISO9001 standards.
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems and understanding safety and high voltage procedures.
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
