Industrial - Sewing Technician

Headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for over 20 years, Ricochet operates from a single master facility serving the U.S. Military, public safety sectors, and fire departments nationwide and internationally.

About the role

Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant sewing experience in a factory or manufacturing setting. Formal sewing education may substitute for work experience. Must be able to read and understand orders with pictures or written instructions, work overtime when required, and lift 10 lbs. Cross-training for multiple tasks is expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate single needle, double needle, and bar tack machines
• Perform all assigned duties and additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a team lead in a production/manufacturing environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• Ability to stand for 10 hours/day and lift/push/pull 10-25 lbs
