Responsibilities
- Seam pre-cut patterns together, following precise instructions.
- Sew pre-sewn pieces together to form a complete part.
- Use and maintain a high-speed, walking foot sewing machine.
- Communicate with managers and leads effectively.
- Have good hand-eye coordination.
- Trim finished seams when necessary.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly.
- Follow instructions of the Supervisor/foreman/lead.
- Work with a team to complete projects.
- Inspect all parts to ensure they are complete and meet quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Comply with all OSHA and safety procedures.

- Give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the points being made and ask questions as appropriate.
- Understand written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
- Manage one’s own time and respect the time of others.
- Consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed.
- Be able to sit for extended periods while performing job duties.
- Be able to lift 30 pounds.
