Relocation assistance is not available. An active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance is required at start, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access. Travel is required, up to 10% of the time.

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst / CSSO - Level 2 or 3 to support restricted programs at the Hollywood, MD campus. Responsibilities
- Support a fast-paced, high-profile program while creating, maintaining, and leveraging working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
- Study and implement federal security regulations applicable to company operations.
- Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance from government agencies.
- Prepare manuals outlining regulations and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, as well as granting access to restricted materials.
- Conduct security education classes and related briefings.
- Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive actions.
- Apply expertise in program security, including multi-disciplined security programs such as access control, personnel security, physical security, and OPSEC.
Qualifications
Industrial Security Analyst (Level 2)
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of security experience; Master’s degree with 0 years of experience OR an additional 4 years of security experience in lieu of a degree.
- Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.
- Subject matter expertise as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO), Program Security Officer (PSO), or Program Security Representative (PSR).
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access.
Principal Industrial Security Analyst (Level 3)
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of security experience; Master’s degree with 3 years of experience OR an additional 4 years of security experience in lieu of a degree.
- Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.
- Subject matter expertise as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO), Program Security Officer (PSO), or Program Security Representative (PSR).
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JADE, DISS, SIMS, or similar databases.
- Working knowledge of SAP programs to provide procedural and policy guidance.
- Completion of CDSE SAP Orientation course or CDSE Intro to SAP course.
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Pay
Salary ranges are as follows:
- Level 2: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00
- Level 3: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00
Base salary offers consider factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Eligible employees may receive overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and company results. Vice Presidents and Directors may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
