INDUSTRIAL SECURITY ANALYST 2

For nearly 85 years, we’ve designed, built, and maintained amphibious ships, destroyers, and cutters for the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Coast Guard. As the largest supplier of U.S. Navy surface combatants, we’re simultaneously building four classes of ships and have pioneered the development and production of technologically advanced, highly capable ships for the surface Navy fleet.
About the role
Performs all aspects of Visitor Control, including badging operations and visitor management. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
Requirements
- High School diploma and 7 years of experience or
- Associate’s degree and 5 years of experience or
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience or
- Master’s degree and 1 year of experience or
- PhD and 0 years of experience
U.S. citizenship is not required for this position. This is a full-time, 1st shift role. No relocation assistance is available, and telework is not eligible.
