Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure scalability and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
- Monitor and maintain reliability by identifying defects and implementing corrective actions
- Drive innovation by recommending process improvements and adopting new quality tools
- Share knowledge and best practices across teams to foster continuous improvement
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in technical field, preferred
- 4 or more years of experience in industrial quality inspection in a manufacturing environment, required
- Ability to read blueprints, familiarity with variety of test equipment, required
- Rail experience, preferred
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Pay
Salary Range: $50,000-$63,000
