About the role

The Industrial Project Manager is responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects in shipyards. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of marine engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans that meet budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the marine industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
