About the role

Join us as an Industrial Project Manager and lead initiatives that transform how we operate. In this role, you will drive plant-level planning transformation, implement Engineer-to-Order (ETO) standard processes, and lead cross-functional projects that improve operational performance, productivity, quality, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and adoption of ETO standard planning processes across the plant's end-to-end planning activities.
  • Manage industrial transformation and continuous improvement projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.
  • Cook up cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around shared project goals that support plant and organizational priorities.
  • Coach and support planning teams on standard methodologies, best practices, and process excellence.
  • Drive the Schneider Performance System (SPS) within the planning function by establishing improvement objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring sustainable results.
  • Establish planning standards, governance processes, and key performance metrics to improve consistency and operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including service levels, lead times, forecast accuracy, project milestones, and operational performance.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project and operational risks to maintain momentum and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and execute transformation roadmaps focused on critical improvements and measurable business impact.
  • Partner with Planning Managers, Plant Leadership, and Transformation Leaders to drive change management initiatives and address performance gaps.
  • Leverage digital tools and technologies to improve planning visibility, project execution, collaboration, and decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, innovation, and best-practice sharing across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Project Management.
  • Proven experience leading transformation, process improvement, or continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, resource management, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience leading change management efforts and driving successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Able to define project objectives and translate business goals into actionable plans.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Customer and stakeholder-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering business results.
  • Digital literacy and experience leveraging technology and data to improve operational and project performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain planning, production planning, inventory management, plant operations, or manufacturing excellence.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPS, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Benefits

The expected pay range for this U.S. based position is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
