About the role
The WPCP operates and maintains the County's wastewater treatment infrastructure, ensuring compliance with federal and state environmental regulations. This Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial control systems and equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and protective relays, and manage projects supporting the Plant's critical infrastructure.

Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in industrial control systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience with PLCs and protective relays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Skills
- Proficiency with industrial control systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
