About the role
We are seeking an Industrial Powder Coater for a full-time position at a local metal fabrication facility. The role involves prepping, powder coating, and finishing metal parts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean metal surfaces for coating, including sanding, masking, and applying pre-treatment.
- Apply powder coating materials to a variety of fabricated parts using spray equipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and adherence to company standards.
- Touch up, rework, or recoat parts when necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of Powder Coat experience.
Pay
$20 - $25 an hour based on experience.
Schedule
1st and 2nd shift available.
