Industrial Painter

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts and materials for industrial coatings
• Sandblast and hand-prep surfaces for paint application
• Mix coatings according to manufacturer specifications
• Apply industrial coatings using the appropriate equipment and techniques
• Measure blast profiles along with wet and dry film thickness
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
• Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
• Safely handle materials and dispose of hazardous waste according to company procedures
• Help improve processes by suggesting better tools or equipment
• Support teammates and assist with additional projects as needed

Requirements

• Experience with industrial painting, blasting, or coating applications preferred
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, scissor lifts, and similar equipment
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds
• Working in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures and environments
