We are an Equal Opportunity Employer... (skip). About The Company RedGuard builds modular solutions... (skip). The compensation range provided for this role is an estimate based on available market data. The actual amount may vary considering the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. If you have questions, please discuss the flexibility and details of our compensation philosophy with your recruiter. Salary Description $21.00 to $25.00 per hour" We need to extract sections: - About the role: The description after "What you can expect working in the Industrial Painter Position" maybe qualifies as About the role. Also there is "About The Company" but that is about company, not role. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content. We have Benefits: list of benefits given. We have Responsibilities: list after "Responsibilities". We have Requirements: includes Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications (maybe under Requirements). Also there is "Work Environment" which could be part of Requirements or maybe separate but not in list; we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Work Environment" but not in allowed headings. Since we only allowed those headings, we could put work environment details under Requirements or maybe under Skills? Better to include under Requirements as part of qualifications. Skills: maybe we can extract skills from requirements: ability to clean equipment, understanding paint specs, read blueprints, organizational skills, attention to detail, hand/power tools, follow instructions, basic computer skills, etc. Could be a Skills section. Qualifications: maybe separate from Requirements? The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We could put Minimum Qualifications under Requirements, and Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. Or we could combine. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's decide: - About the role: paragraph describing role. - Responsibilities: list. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (maybe as list). - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (list). - Skills: maybe we can extract skill bullet points from requirements (like ability to use hand tools, etc.) but that may duplicate. Could instead put Skills as a list of specific skills: paint application techniques, surface preparation, mixing coatings, etc. But those are in responsibilities. Might be better to not create Skills if content thin. However we have ability to read blueprints, use hand tools, etc. That's skills. Could create Skills section. - Benefits: list. - Pay: salary range $21.00 to $25.00 per hour. - Schedule: Not explicitly given; only Job Type Full-time. Could infer schedule is full-time but not specific hours. The instruction says do NOT create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Schedule: we have "Job Type Full-time". That's not a schedule detail like shift, hours. Might be considered schedule? It's not specific. Safer to omit Schedule section because not specific. Thus we will include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Check each for real content. About the role: we have paragraph: "The Industrial Painter will use paint application techniques and equipment to professionally finish interior and exterior surfaces of blast-resistant and other industrial, modular buildings and their parts. As an Industrial Painter, you will provide consistent and quality work in support of RedGuard’s goal of delivering customers a quality product on time." That's enough. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications list. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications list. Skills: maybe list of skills: Ability to clean and maintain application equipment, Understanding of paint specs and ability to perform mil thickness checks both wet/dry, Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to use hand tools and power tools, Ability to follow instructions and provide consistent work, Basic computer skills. Also maybe ability to distinguish colors, etc. But those are more physical requirements. Could still be skills. Benefits: list of benefits. Pay: Salary Description $21.00 to $25.00 per hour. We need to format as HTML fragment: use

for each heading, then

for prose,

  • for lists. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate like EEO, E-Verify, ITAR, accommodation request, etc. Also remove "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "About The Company" etc. Also remove "The compensation range provided for this role is an estimate..." maybe we keep only the salary line? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The compensation range statement is substantive? It says actual amount may vary... That's maybe boilerplate but it's about compensation. Could keep but it's not a specific number. However we already have specific salary range. The extra sentence about variation may be considered boilerplate but it's still about compensation. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The compensation variation statement is not exactly those categories but could be considered generic. Safer to keep only the concrete salary range. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can keep Pay section with just the salary range. Now produce HTML. Structure:
