About the role
The Industrial Mechanic Technician role is within Pall Corporation, one of Danaher’s 15+ operating companies. This position is part of the Maintenance Team in Timonium, MD and involves on-site work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Execute maintenance work orders and accurately document activities in the CMMS system.
- Collaborate daily with Maintenance, Facilities, Operations teams, and contractors to safely achieve production goals.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of related maintenance experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read manuals, technical documents, blueprints, work instructions and troubleshooting guides.
- The ability to work and communicate in a collaborative team environment.
Physical/Environmental Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently and stand at machines for entire shift including reaching, bending, squatting and kneeling.

Pay
The hourly range for this role is $32 - $36 per hour.
Schedule
C Shift: Thursday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (three 12-hour shifts), plus Wednesday, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM; Candidates must be available to work all scheduled hours, as well as overtime and holidays.
