Responsibilities
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Perform mechanical and electrical trouble shooting and repair
- Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair
- Installation of new equipment
- Welding and metal fabrication
- Maintain a safe work environment
Skills/Requirements
- Mechanical experience with a continued desire to learn
- Willingness to move up within Midwest Manufacturing
- Able to work additional hours as required
- The ability to analyze situations and equipment
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multitask
- Experience or schooling in the following areas are preferred but not limited to: Industrial Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair, Hydraulic and pneumatic repair, 3 phase AC and DC electrical testing
- Must be able to lift 50lbs frequently and 70lbs occasionally
