• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Program in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements

• Preferred qualifications include previous co-op or internship experience in a manufacturing environment, familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies, and experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
