About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Management or Production Management Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is based in Dar es Salaam and offers exposure to real-world industrial processes, helping you bridge the gap between academic theory and practical manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the production team in optimizing operational workflows
• Monitor output quality and ensure safety standards are met within the facility
• Support daily production logs
• Assist in production planning
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives alongside senior production staff
