We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (Job Overview), Responsibilities (What You Will Do), Requirements (What You Will Need), Qualifications (What Will Put You Ahead), Benefits (Benefits). Also maybe include Job Location and Shift info? The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to include Job Location and Shift info maybe as a short

before sections? The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a

with location and shift details. We must not include Pay or Schedule sections unless posting actually states them. The posting includes Shift Available: 2nd shift (1:30pm-12:00am). That's schedule info. Should we create a Schedule section? The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state shift, so we could include a Schedule section with that detail. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could incorporate schedule into a short

metadata. But they gave example headings includes Schedule. I'd decide to include a short

for location and shift, not a separate Schedule section, to keep fewer sections. We need Benefits section: they list Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Development Opportunities. That's substantive, so include Benefits

    with
    • . Now sections: - About the role: Job Overview paragraph. - Responsibilities: What You Will Do (list) - Requirements: What You Will Need (list) - Qualifications: What Will Put You Ahead (list) - Benefits: Benefits (list) We need to ensure we use

for each section heading. We need to use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use

. We must not repeat job title. No markdown. We must remove boilerplate: "New, easy-to-apply options are available for this role: chat with our recruiting assistant Ana at careers.cargill.com or text CargillJobs to 60196." That's application instructions? It's about applying via chat/text. Should be removed. Also "Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement." That's maybe minor metadata but could be kept? It's not boilerplate but it's a note. Could be included in a short

metadata. Also "Considered candidates may receive a phone call from a 952 area code." That's also minor metadata. Also "Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vet" is EEO boilerplate, remove. Also "To apply using chat/text, please click Apply Now button OR use this link to create a login to apply." remove. We need to preserve all substantive information: location, shift, overview, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, benefits, about Cargill paragraph? The "About Cargill" paragraph is substantive? It's company description. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not required but could be kept. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. About Cargill is not those; it's company overview. Could keep as a short

maybe under a section? But we have no section for company overview. Could include as a short

after benefits? But they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could incorporate About Cargill as a

under a section like "About Cargill" but that's not a listed heading. Could just include as a

after benefits without heading? Might be okay but better to include as a

after benefits, maybe as a separate section "About Cargill" with

. However they didn't list About Cargill as example heading but they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They gave examples but not exhaustive. Could add About Cargill as a heading. But they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding About Cargill adds another section. Might be okay but we could drop it as it's not essential to the role. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. About Cargill is substantive? It's company description, maybe not essential to role but still part of posting. However many job postings include company overview; preserving it might be expected. But they said remove boilerplate; company overview is not boilerplate per se. I'd keep it as a short

without heading, maybe after benefits. Let's decide: We'll include a

for location and shift metadata, then sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits. After benefits, we can add a

        for About Cargill. Now format:

Job Location: Lewisburg, OH. Shift Available: 2nd shift (1:30pm-12:00am).

Then sections. For each list, we need to extract items. Responsibilities (What You Will Do): - Independently perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance across complex equipment and systems with little to no guidance. - Troubleshoot advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues across multiple systems. - Use advanced hand tools, power tools, and precision maintenance equipment to complete repairs and rebuilds. - Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals. - Document completed work, findings, and corrective actions in maintenance computer systems. - Follow safety, lockout/tagout, and housekeeping standards to maintain a safe work environment. - Support other technicians by sharing technical knowledge and assisting with complex maintenance activities. - Work flexible schedules including overtime, weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts with advance notice. - Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements (What You Will Need): - Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. - Must be 18 years or older. - Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written). - At least 2 years of experience performing maintenance across two or more maintenance trades or systems, such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or piping. - Ability to work indoors/outdoors environments (heat, cold, dust, and noise) while performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, bending, twisting, and working at heights (4 feet and above), with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications (What Will Put You Ahead): - Experience diagnosing and repairing complex or recurring equipment issues across multiple trades or systems. - Ability to support and guide other technicians during troubleshooting or repair activities. - Experience performing complex repairs, rebuilds, or precision maintenance tasks. - Working knowledge of reliability, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement practices. - Technical training, certifications, or trade school coursework relevant to industrial maintenance, or related military experience. Benefits: - Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance - Paid Vacation and Holidays - 401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Development Opportunities Now About Cargill paragraph: "Cargill is a family company committed to providing food and agricultural solutions to nourish the world in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with producers and customers to source, make and deliver products that are vital for living. This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures." We'll put that as a

after benefits. Now ensure we don't include any application instructions or EEO. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:

Job Location: Lewisburg, OH. Shift Available: 2nd shift (1:30pm-12:00am).
