Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Technician to join their maintenance team in Milwaukie, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain coolant systems across manufacturing equipment
- Test coolant condition using refractometers and pH meters and take corrective action as needed
- Change and replenish coolant systems, clean tanks, and maintain coolant mixing equipment
- Replace machine filters and service coolant system components, including pumps
- Assist with preventative maintenance activities and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) events
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and support production uptime
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment and components
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and follow preventative maintenance procedures
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work at heights using ladders and lift platforms
Qualifications
- Hands-on work experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with coolant systems and mechanical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of safety protocols and workplace cleanliness

Pay
Competitive pay of $25-$28 per hour
Schedule
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM) or 3rd Shift (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
