About the role
This role involves applying advanced maintenance and reliability practices to ensure equipment safety and longevity, serving as a resource for preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance across various trades such as electrical, welding, and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Utilize maintenance tools and read schematics, blueprints, and manuals to modify equipment.
- Document work using maintenance software and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Operate mobile equipment like forklifts and aerial lifts.
- Adhere to safety policies, maintain a clean work environment, and promote teamwork.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, working at heights, and in diverse conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance or electrical troubleshooting experience.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and planning experience.
- Ability to work overtime and in various conditions with PPE.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CMMS, control voltage, PLCs, VFDs, and precision maintenance.
- Trade certifications, military experience, or knowledge of safe work practices.
